A tree squirrel with attitude! 'scuse me mate - get outta here, off my land! Captured in Umbabat Game Reserve, Greater Kruger N.P. The leopard had secued a kill in the tree and after a good feast decided to have a nap. I watched for almost an hour as the resident squirrel, completely bemused by the affair, was so curious as to get a closer look at who had invaded his space. This was as close as the brave little guy would dare go!
